All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 7 days. We ship using either FedEx courier or Canada Post.  Delivery times will vary depending on your location. • $60+, shipping is free within US & Canada

Return Policy:

Items cannot be returned without prior approval from Soak Wash Inc.  If an item is returned without approval, all related costs will be billed to the customer. At the time of delivery, please carefully inspect the package before the carrier leaves. If there appears to be damages, refuse to accept the delivery citing the damaged parcel and contact us at 905-270-7625 or email us at hello@soakwash.com.

On this website, we process orders to all Canadian shipping addresses. For US shipping orders please shop on our US website www.soakwash.com 

International Shipping:
